Hello!

I’m Olivia. A Silicon Valley transplant, I live and breathe UX optimization and key word hacks. I’d describe myself as a wordsmith with an eye for detail, a mind for strategy and an ear for social trends.

I’m a MarTech nerd with a passion for content and new media technology. With just the right messaging framework, timing and placement, business ventures become ingrained within trending social interests, and opportunities take root and evolve. This is what I do. I am a content calendar creator with a reputation for aligning company missions with social values, and integrating initiatives into trending topics. 

I’m a strong advocate for CRM tools like Cision, HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp and ConstantContact, but it’s possible to optimize digital strategies without them – with the right teammates. I’m the content gal. I’m a writer and editor. I fix web code. I align marketing campaigns with ads and editorials, social media and influencer stories for several audiences simultaneously. I’m good at this stuff.

Though I’m learning more everyday, I have a working background in the following industries: medical publications, politics, functional fitness, bodywork, professional sports, healthcare, higher education, travel, tourism, yoga, music, and tech.

I’d love to do more work in real estate, architecture, psychology, pop culture, food, fashion, sustainable lifestyle, and entertainment.

Unlike other marcom professionals, my experience is all over the map; this diverse collection of best practices fuels my never-ending tank of ideas. I have agency experience where I’ve juggled many company efforts at a time, hustled with startups and non-profits, and consulted with businesses large and small. From digital marketing and tech PR, to media relations and print, I’ve managed product launch campaigns and issued dozens of press releases. I can code and I can write. I’ve dabbled in graphic design and created a mobile app on InDesign. I’ve worked with a sports tourism agency, tutored college-level English Composition, served as Tech PR support at a global PR firm, consulted with two Bay Area social media startups and several small businesses, spent time in the print industry, contracted with world-renowned hospital and university UC Davis, and most notably served as a MarCom Manager at the kinesiology tape startup that disrupted the functional fitness and bodywork realm, RockTape (acquired in 2018).
